What's the purpose of the 2 prong fork like tool in those nail care kits?

Hmm. I don't like the sound of that. I think I'd end up ripping off too much skin.
it's a cuticule remover. to cut the cuticules along the nail but your really not supposed to cut it cutting the cutical leads to hang nail your supposed to put oil on the cuticule and push them back but i figure if you cut them just keep them mositurized with lotion so you don't get hang nail maybe too much info but hope it helps
