Why will a wall not accept paint properly when the wall around it are fine?
This wall have Builders paint and we have coated it twice with a better quality paint. The same paint as been used in other rooms and on the other wall in this room and they all came out well.
yeah it must have had some finish/ or sealant on it. Also if you paint latex or waterbased over paint that could have been oil based it takes several coats and even primer to cover it.
